Rooms
Hotel Amigo offers a variety of bedrooms
and suites, which are
individual in style. Some rooms have views through to the Grand
Place, whilst others look out over the churches and spires of the
city. Good-sized bathrooms contain mosaic details in red or green
to match their marble vanity tops, and figures of Hergé's characters
Tintin, Snowy the dog and Captain Haddock enliven the walls with a
touch of humour.
Classic Rooms
All have a king-size bed with comfortable chairs and writing desks.
In-room air conditioning, marble bathrooms, computer and fax
connections with digital and analogue lines, dual-line phones,
voice messaging, interactive satellite television, minibar, safe
and trouser press. Some have views over the town hall.
Deluxe Rooms
Offer the same facilities as the Classic rooms; however, the
Deluxe rooms are larger. The Deluxe rooms on the sixth floor have
a balcony and a view over the town hall.

The hotel is ideally located in the very
heart of Brussels adjacent
to the picturesque Grand Place, the focal point of the city for social
events and festivals, including the renowned Flower Carpet in the
summer. There are many restaurants and bars offering the chance to
sample some of the 400 beers for which Brussels is famous. Belgian
chocolate shops line the cobbled streets, as do shops selling
tapestries and lace for which the area is famous.

The hotel is located in the very heart of
Brussels, in the shadow
of the magnificent Market Square, which is protected by the world
patrimony of UNESCO. The tower of the City Hall is a distinguishable
landmark for those driving to Brussels. For visitors arriving by
air, there is one airport, Brussels National Airport. If you are
not being met at the airport, I would recommend that you reserve
the hotel's limousine for your transfer. We would require the flight
details and arrival time and our driver would meet you in the
arrivals area. Travelling time to the hotel is approximately 20
minutes, depending on traffic.
You will be aware that the weather during
winter is not too cold
and summer is not too hot. We recommend that people bring an umbrella
due to frequent rainfall.
To enter the country, you only need your
identity card if you
are a citizen of the European Community. Passports are needed for
visitors from outside the EC.
