Our regular clientele has included a number of condominium buildings and complexes -- where we represent the condominium Board of Managers. The Board is the governing body of the community. We provide problem-avoiding and problem-solving advice to the Board. We also design legal strategies to keep Boards and communities out of legal trouble, or to minimize the effect and cost of any which occurs. We assist in writing contracts by which the Board purchases property, hires professionals, and constructs improvements. We defend the Board in lawsuits brought by unit owners or outsiders. We prosecute cases on behalf of the Board against unit owners and outsiders.
