Formed in 1976 by Principal Appraiser Kevin A Kinney, Domus Appraisals grew out of Kinney's Executive Services Corporation, a management company which serviced properties owned by relocation companies. Domus initially concentrated on residential appraisals for many of these same executive relocation clients. Some of our early and continuing clients are shown in the list at right.
Our second Principal Appraiser, James J. O'Keefe, joined Domus to support its evolution into a full-service appraisal company. Today, Domus Appraisals provides residential, commercial and urban appraisals in the New York Metro region, focusing on Westchester, Putnam and Rockland Counties in New York, and on Fairfield County in Connecticut.
