Superior Property Management has been involved with property management since 1972, and currently manages over 1400 units at 23 various locations in Southwestern Michigan.
Included in the properties we manage are conventionally financed developments, HUD and FmHA financed developments, senior complexes, condominium associations, cooperatives, and commercial space. We understand the responsibilities and operations of each of these types of developments and the importance of meeting the needs of each owner while protecting the integrity and assets of the community.
Superior Property Management is a member of many real estate and management organizations including The Institute of Real Estate Management, Southwest Michigan Board of Realtors, Midwest Associaiton of HUD Management Agents(MAHMA), and Community Associates Institute.
