Millard has over 50 years of combined experience in the real estate, property appraisal and residential and commercial construction business. He constructed residential subdivisions and homes for seven years and later owned and operated a commercial construction company for 28 years and has been a full time real estate appraiser since 1989.
Julie has experience with the valuation of wildlife refuge areas, golf course communities, country club estates, ski resorts and residential developments, and numerous commerical and income producing property types. Her consulting expertise in finance, cash flow studies, income projections and valuations is a valuable addition to Universal Appraisals.
David has 8 years experience in the commercial construction field and more than 15 years experience in the Information Technology field prior to becoming a full time appraiser in 2003. He plays a key role in assisting with research, field work, and assembling the data within our reports.
