Maynard Realty was formed in 1979 by Jerry Maynard, a life long resident and native of Barrow County. Jerry quickly establishd a place for Maynard Realty in the Barrow County community by dealing in residential sales, management, and subdivision development.
The past few years have been a time of tremendous growth for Barrow County. Along with Barrow County's growth, our firm has seen unbelievable growth during this time. Since 1992, we have grown from two full time agents and a secretary, to twelve full time agents, an office manager, and additional support staff.
In May of 1999, Maynard & Bartlett Realty Group LLp, with the original founder of Maynard Realty, Jerry Maynard, and partner and long-time associate broker, Wayne Bartlett was established.
In January of 2002, Eddie Butler joined Maynard & Bartlett Realty Group LLP as a new partner. At this time, Eddie Butler took on the role of managing the residential department of our company, while Wayne Bartlett now manages the commercial department. Jerry Maynard remains at his role as overall manager and financial officer of the company.
This new organizational system has allowed our company to meet the needs of our clients and customers even better. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service.
