Prior to joining Re/Max, Phyllis spent over 15 years in the brokerage and system consulting divisions of E.F. Hutton, Merrill Lynch, and Barnett Bank. Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Jacksonville with Merrill Lynch's corporate relocation. Part of her beliefs is to bring the lessons learned from her own relocation into her business to ensure her clients have a smooth and seamless move.
Phyllis is a big believer in education. She earned her B.A. from Rutgers College and earned her Masters degree with honors. After entering real estate, she graduated from the Real Estate Institute (GRI), was one of the first Realtors in the country to earn the new E- PRO Internet Professional designation (e-PRO), and earned the prestigious Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Finance Specialist (CFS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist (RECS), and Consumer Certified Real Estate Consultant (C-CREC) designations.
