| Eileen Blocker, Broker and Owner of Magnolia Properties, has been in the real estate profession for almost 20 years. Ten of these years were also spent in residential custom home construction and interior design. She is also the Director and Founder of Angelworks - a non-profit organization to provide crisis assistance to families with terminally ill and severely handicapped children - providing groceries, medical needs, utilities assistance - whatever a family needs assistance with. Eileen is very proud of Angelworks and its 13 year history - all proceeds (100%) go directly to support the cause. Magnolia Properties provides any operating expenses incurred by Angelworks.
