(twenty five million U.S. Dollars).  She informed me as his personal
advocate that she wants immediate arrangements made to move the above sum,
which is presently with the Bank of Seirra Leone for investment overseas.

At this point she is pressing to invest in your country, and I ask that
you direct your attention to this proposal.  In this regard, your
immediate response is needed; as proper arrangement has to be done on the
transfer of this fund to your country and her travelling down to invest
with you.

I shall link you up with her since I have assured her of sourcing for a
trustworthy, reliable and honest person as soon as I get your positive
